Autoclave, Conventional
A conventional vertical, portable, seamless autoclave wherein the
body and the lid are locked together against a jointless rubber gasket
by 6 swivel bolts with large handwheels.
Features:
Seamless construction eliminates formation of bacteria residue and
free for dirt accumulation.
Lid fitted with a Pressure Gauge reading from 0 -30 lbs/in2.
Lid fitted with a Spring Loaded Safety Release Valve preset to 15
lbs/in2.
Lid fitted with Overload Weight Valve.
Heating Element 2kW.
Operates on 220~240V, 50Hz single phase AC supply.
Body fitted with a carry handle.
Each autoclave is supplied with the following:
Inner aluminium vessel to hold materials for sterilizing.
Tripod stand to hold the inner aluminium vessel.
Tripod stand to hold the autoclave.
Power plug and electric lead.

Autoclave, High Pressure
This High Pressure jointed vertical steam autoclaves are constructed
from stainless steel are used for sterilization of surgical instruments,
dressing materials, linen, rubber and plastic materials by means of
saturated steam under pressure of 15 to 25 p.s.i.
Construction:
These autoclaves are constructed from a triple walled, double chamber
in stainless steel wherein the outer chamber is boiling chamber and
the inner chamber is the loading chamber. Each autoclave is hydraulically
tested to 2.5 times the working pressure. Lid constructed from thick
stainless steel plate and sealed with the chamber by a jointless rubber
gasket and tightened by means of wing-nuts. A tripod stand is provided
for placing the autoclave on it.
Features:
Fitted with Water Level Indicator.
Water Funnel with valve fitted over Water Level Indicator.
Safety Valves (Option of 2 Dead Weights 1 set for 16 p.s.i. and 1
for 20 p.s.i. or 1 dead weight and 1 spring loaded safety valve).
Pressure Gauge
Side Chamber Drain.
Operates on 220~240V, 50Hz, single phase or 440V, 50 Hz, 3-phase AC
supply.
Optional Features:
The following can be fitted to the autoclaves at extra cost.
Automatic Low Water Level Cut-off Device.
Pressure Control Switch.

Autoclave, Pressure Cooker type
Similar to the Conventional type Autoclave described in 25-120 except
that the lid locks to the body against a jointless rubber gasket similar
to a Pressure Cooker and has 2 each bakelite handles fitted to the
lid and body.
Seamless construction eliminates formation of bacteria residue and
free for dirt accumulation.
Lid fitted with a Pressure Gauge reading from 0 -30 lbs/in2.
Lid fitted with a Spring Loaded Safety Release Valve preset to 15
lbs/in2.

Hot Air Sterilizer (Oven)
Double walled inside chamber of Anodised Aluminium/stainless steel.
Outer chamber of mild steel duly powder coated. Thermostatically controlled
form 50°C to 250°C (± 1°C). Beaded heating elements
are placed in the ribs at the bottom and sides. Complete with L-Shape
thermometer. two indicators, thermostat and on/off switch. To operate

Instrument Sterilizer, Table Model
A sturdy and reliable model constructed from a single shell stainless
steel sheet (AISI-304) with an insulated side lever for lifting the
lid and perforated tray simultaneously. A thermostat fitted on the
side has been set to cut-off the power supply at boiling point and
a stopcock provided on the side is for draining the water out. The
Sterilizer bottom is fitted with four rubber feet that provide good
stability and insulation, when placed on a table. Operates on 220-240V/50Hz
single phase A.C. mains. Supplied with a 3-pin power cord and an instruction
manual in English.
Note: A low water level cut-off feature can also be incorporated
in this model at extra cost.
